BIPT (Belgian telecoms regulator) has just launched a public consultation on the BU-LRIC cost models for FTTH and HFC networks. These models have been developed by Axon Consulting to assist the regulator in its upcoming decisions related to the wholesale tariffs for the access to optical fibre and coaxial cable networks in Belgium.
BIPT is open to receive comments until 24 January 2019.
